Mindful Expressions E-book


Mindful Expressions includes 12 creative mindfulness prompts and mini lessons. Each creative activity can be completed in 5-10 minutes and works well as a warm up to an creative practice as a meditative grounding exercise or even in group settings or with clients you support. Each prompt explores a different principle of mindfulness encourgaing you to explore and express through a different creative medium. From surrender to generostiy, non-striving to the present moment the content of your inquiry is vast and rich. Photography, doodling, sketching, short film, collage & poetry among others become the tools for inquiry. Each prompt requires very simple supplies and can be shared as part of a larger community on Instagram.
