Lesson 4-8 are Reflective Open Studio replays exploring supportive practices and insights around anxiety. These classes provide a gentle open structure for you to practice making art as a resource and tool for insight.

 

These classes are yours on demand to explore anytime you want! You will be given a private link to each class to explore whenever works for you.
