Lesson4 (find the previous lessons below)
For this final lesson you will need Art Journal or paper (may need to prepare page), Pencil eraser, Colour medium of choice (your pallet), Black marker, Small scraps of loose paper, Glue stick etc., hairdryer (or patience!)
In this final lesson we will bring together all of our explorations into one final art journal spread. Don't worry if you haven't done the previous lessons you can still participate in the process through the various adaptations and suggestions made.

For this lesson you will need a journal, pencil, eraser, art paper, your favourite colour medium and reference photos for sketching and/or collage.

Introduction & Lesson 1
"Feeling it All"
For this lesson you will need a journal, pencil and found objects from your home or a natural space nearby (instructions for selecting these objects are in the video & handout below).

where I offer an introduction to the course as a whole,
walk you through a simple meditation and give you everything you need to get creating.
