Free Open Reflective Studio
The Open Reflective Studio is a weekly gathering exploring topics related to mindfulness, personal well being, and mental health. Expressive Arts Educator Rachel Rose, will guide you through a process of anchoring yourself to the topic as well as a short meditation. She will then offer you a menu of creative prompts to help you deepen your own reflection through expressive art making.
No previous skill or experience required. Bring your favourite colour mediums, pencil, paper, and creativity!
