In this third video in the 4 part Art Journaling & Creative Mindfulness Series you will begin to experience your feelings in a new way. Spend time noticing the sensations and inner experience of living. By slowing down and taking time to notice your inner world in a new way you will begin to relate and notice yourself in a new way. This meditation paired with a simple movement exercise will be the inspiration for an art journal spread focused on your hands giving them voice through shape, line, colour and words.
