Ok friends I think we all need this right now.
Beginning tomorrow (March 20) I am going to share a simple creative mindfulness activity in my facebook group that can be done in just a few minutes. Each Friday I will share a new activity and we will practice grounding and processing everything with that activity for a week. Each weeks activity is something that can be done with simple intention and help you to stay connected to what you are experiencing in any moment through your creativity. My hope is that we can share, process, and connect in the group for the next month with intention and support.
